Creekside Condos elevation at 9,026 ft combined with winter snow and ice conditions make the parking lots and sidewalks extremely slippery. Use great caution. Also, watch out for falling ice and snow from the roofs!

Be sure to put all trash in the dumpster in the parking lot. Be sure to shut and lock the lid as Frisco is in bear country. Bears are especially active in the summer and fall. Lock the dumpster!!
Creekside participates in the Summit County Single-Stream recycling system. Please recycle your cans, plastic, and cardboard (sorry no glass) in the recycle bin next to the dumpster. Do not put them in plastic bags! See details here.
